2000 Epiphone by Gibson ES-335 Dot Semi Hollow Guiar Cherry, Pre-Elitist Japan Terada

Up for sale, a 2000 Epiphone ES-335 in near-mint condition and in perfect working order. Produced at the Terada factory in Japan, this rare pre-Elitist Epiphone was made exclusively for the Japanese market. Not to be confused with lesser ā€œDotā€ iterations, this guitar features the Epiphone Japan-exclusive open book headstock shape, holding its own against its USA-made contemporaries with exceptional fit and finish work.

Pairing the crisp attack of maple and the sweet, airy qualities of the semi-hollow body, the tonal range and detail of this guitar is excellent, and the original PAF-style humbuckers cover a broad spectrum. Cut, sparkle, growl, richness, and warmth are all on tap, and each position on the three-way toggle has a distinct tone. This ES-335 weighs 7lbs 15oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

Neck Specs:

-Wood: Mahogany, long tenon
-Shape: Medium C, measuring .845ā€ 1st fret, .920ā€ 12th fret
-Fretboard: Rosewood, dot inlay
