2025 Fender Traditional II Late ‘60s Stratocaster Ocean Turquoise, Mint w/ Hangtags, Japan MIJ

Up for sale, a 2025 Fender Traditional II Late ‘60s Stratocaster in mint condition, complete with hangtags. This “Made in Japan” Strat was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and select international territories, boasting a gloss custom color Ocean Turquoise Metallic finish and sporting vintage-correct touches including a large headstock with block logo, “F”-stamped tuners, and maple cap fretboard.

With a basswood body, maple neck and maple cap fretboard, the guitar offers a smooth, balanced natural acoustic quality. The trio of "Vintage-Style" alnico magnet single coils have plenty of chime and sparkle, governed by a five-way pickup selector switch, with focused spank at the bridge and bell-like chop at the neck. Weighing 7lbs 14oz, this Stratocaster has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with the factory 9-42 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

Neck Specs:

-Wood: Maple
-Shape: U (slender), measuring .810” 1st fret, .935” 12th fret
-Fretboard: Maple cap, 9 1/2“ radius
-Frets: Slender, pristine
-Scale Length: 25 1/2”
-Nut: 1.615” (41.02mm), bone
-Tuners: Kluson-style, Gotoh
-Serialization: “Made in Japan,” JD25-prefix

Body Specs:

-Wood: Basswood
-Pickups: Vintage-Style single coil x3
-Controls: Volume, Tone x2, Five-way pickup selector
-Hardware: Synchronized Tremolo, jack cup
-Plastics: Three-ply white pickguard, knobs

Sourced directly from Tokyo, this is ostensibly an unplayed example, without a mark on the gloss Ocean Turquoise Metallic finish. The gloss on the neck profile is similarly pristine.

The Fender-branded gigbag and hangtags are included.
