Sourced direct from a dealer and never privately owned, this Fender Custom Shop ‘59 Telecaster Custom Super Heavy Relic was a Limited Edition Dealer Event exclusive model, boasting a nitro lacquer Faded/Aged Chocolate Three-Tone Sunburst finish with Fender’s Super Heavy Relic treatment and vintage-spec features including a ‘59-spec Large C neck profile, Twisted Tele neck pickup and Original Blackguard bridge pickup.

Lightweight at 7lbs 5oz, this Telecaster Custom features a two-piece alder body and a quartersawn AA flame maple neck with a thick slab rosewood fingerboard (9.5”-12” compound radius and 6105 Narrow Tall fretwire). The Faded/Aged Chocolate Three-Tone Sunburst nitro lacquer finish features tight “shattered glass” lacquer checking with extensive simulated wear per Fender’s Super Heavy Relic treatment.
