2022 Fender Japan Limited International Color Series Stratocaster Maui Blue

Up for sale, a 2022 Fender Made in Japan Limited International Color Series Stratocaster in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with hangtags. With a gloss Maui Blue finish and black-on-white plastics, this “Made in Japan” Strat was produced in limited quantities exclusively for Japan and select international markets, designed to replicate the features and unique custom colors of the International Series, first offered from 1979-81.

The trio of alnico magnet single coils have plenty of chime and sparkle, governed by a five-way pickup selector switch. The bridge pickup has great cut, while the in-between settings on the switch have Strat quack, and the neck pickup is sweet and round. Weighing 7lbs 3oz, this Strat has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
