Up for sale, a 2019 Fender Art Gallery Collection Stratocaster “FACE,” like-new and complete with the original molded hardshell case and hangtags. This rare “Made in Japan” Stratocaster was produced in limited quantities as a Fender Japan Online exclusive, designed in collaboration with Japanese visual artist “Face” Oka. Face’s unique illustrations have attracted worldwide attention for their uniquely surreal, cartoonish look; this Strat features a flat top with a custom Face design, making prominent use of Face’s signature “Face Pink” color.

Tonewoods include an alder body and a one-piece maple neck, and this Art Gallery Collection Stratocaster “FACE” weighs 7lbs 8oz. The trio of single coil pickups deliver the usual array of versatile and traditional single coil tones via the five-way pickup. The neck pickup is bold and deep, with a clear and spanky middle position, while the bridge pickup offers both plenty of body and treble zing. This “FACE” Stratocaster has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
