Up for sale, a 2014 Fender Custom Shop Todd Krause Masterbuilt Jeff Beck Stratocaster in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. The highest tier of Fender's Custom Shop, the Masterbuilt models are made by a singular master craftsman, in contrast to other "team built" Custom Shop tiers. This Jeff Beck Strat was handcrafted by Todd Krause, who has made guitars for a long list of Strat-wielding legends including Eric Clapton, Robby Robertson, David Gilmour, and even Jeff Beck himself; suffice to say, he’s more than an expert at the fit and appointments of this particular model.

A long-time favorite Fender Signature model, this iteration of the forward-thinking Jeff Beck Strat features a trio of Dual-Coil Ceramic Noiseless pickups, two-point Synchronized Tremolo, contoured heel joint, a satin neck profile finish, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with modern 9 1/2“ radius, locking tuners, and LSR Roller nut.

Traditional tonewoods include an alder body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fingerboard, and this Masterbuilt Jeff Beck Stratocaster weighs 7lbs 13oz. The Dual-Coil Ceramic Noiseless pickups offer sparkling response and hum-free performance, slightly hotter than other Noiseless iterations, with terrific grit and girth in each position on the five-way switch. The bridge is biting, the neck is smooth and broad, and the “in between” positions on the switch yield hollow quack with plenty of honk. This Todd Krause Masterbuilt Jeff Beck Stratocaster has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
