2008 Jackson Stars Soloist SL-TN01EMG Trans Black w/ Flame Maple Top, EMG 81 & Floyd Rose, Japan

Up for sale, a 2008 Jackson Stars Soloist model SL-TN01EMG in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the owner’s manual. A Japanese domestic market offering virtually unseen outside of its country of origin, the Jackson Stars instruments are the direct descendants of the Grover Jackson line, expertly crafted at the Chu Shin factory. This particular Soloist boasts a pair of EMG 81 pickups, an Original Floyd Rose tremolo, and a flame maple top with a gloss Transparent Black finish.

Featuring maple neck-through construction with mahogany body wings and an ebony fingerboard, this guitar offers plenty of sustain and treble snap. Utilizing powerful ceramic magnets and close aperture coils, the EMG 81s were designed for optimal note detail, enhanced high end cut, and fluid sustain. Traditionally used in the bridge position yet offered from the factory in both pickup positions on the SL-TN01EMG, the EMG 81 is engineered so lead work will slice through even the densest mix. This SL-TN01EMG weighs 7lbs 12oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.
