Up for sale, a circa 1988 Yamaha HR-III in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This rare Yamaha model was only produced between 1986-88, designed in collaboration with legendary Japanese guitarist Kyoji Yamamoto, frontman for one of Japanās first-ever (and longest lasting) metal/hard rock bands, Bow Wow. Features include Power Guerilla II humbuckers, a Rockinā Magic II tremolo, and a 24-fret rosewood fretboard.
The Power Guerilla II humbuckers feature rail pole pieces, delivering thick, warm tones, aggressive low-mids, and singing trebles. These humbuckers also take gain notably well, retaining excellent definition and aggression under any amount of dirt.
