2014 Navigator by ESP N-TE-ASR T-Style Ash, Blonde Lacquer w/ Seymour Duncan Antiquity, Case & Tag

Up for sale, a 2014 Navigator by ESP model N-TE-ASR in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case and hangtags. This premium Tele-style guitar was produced by ESP under the Navigator banner, with top-notch touches including a pair of Seymour Duncan Antiquity II single coils and a nitro lacquer Honey Blonde finish with factory aging.

Tonewoods include a swamp ash body, hard maple neck, and slab rosewood fingerboard, and this N-TE-ASR is featherweight at 6lbs 12oz. The Seymour Duncan Antiquity II “Twang” single coils are faithful to vintage spec, featuring custom-aged gray bobbin flatwork, vintage push-back cloth leads, and hand-ground Alnico V magnets, and each pickup is lacquered and wax potted. The bridge pickup yields plenty of Tele bounce and snap, slightly softened in the treble range to avoid any “ice pick” harshness, and the neck pickup is careful wound to replicate Seymour’s own mid-’60s Tele, with a clear, bright and balanced sound that retains excellent articulation across all the strings. This N-TE-ASR has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

Neck Specs:

-Wood: Hard maple
-Shape: Medium U, measuring .845” 1st fret, .915” 12th fret
-Fretboard: Rosewood slab, 9 1/2“ radius
-Frets: Medium jumbo, faint wear beneath the G and B strings on frets 1-11
-Scale Length: 25 1/2”
-Nut: 1.650” (42mm), bone
-Tuners: Gotoh SD91-05M Kluson-style “Deluxe” single-line
-Serialization: S14-prefix, model handwritten on neck pocket

Body Specs:

-Wood: Swamp ash
-Pickups: Seymour Duncan Antiquity II “Twang” single coil x2
-Harness: CTS pots date to 52nd week of 2013
-Controls: Volume, Tone, Three-way pickup selector
-Hardware: Bridge with spiral (threaded) saddles, flat-top knurled knobs (chrome-plated)
-Plastics: Three-ply pickguard, “top hat” switch tip

The gloss Honey Blonde nitro lacquer finish highlights the grain in the ash body, and this guitar exhibits simulated wear from ESP/Navigator (particularly along the lower bout perimeter). Beyond the factory aging, there is sparingly limited additional cosmetic wear. The neck profile has been stripped of its gloss as part of the factory aging, resulting in a smooth satin feel.

The original black tolex hardshell case is included, along with the factory documentation (dated 2014-06-07).
