Produced during Gibson’s “good wood” era, this particular Frehley Les Paul was ordered by Gibson’s Japanese distributor Yamano; Gibson’s USA-made guitars distributed via Yamano are often considered to be among their best, featuring the highest quality woods picked for Gibson’s discerning Japanese audience.

Weighing 9lbs 12oz, traditional tonewoods include a mahogany body, a two-piece carved flame maple top, one-piece mahogany neck, and bound ebony fingerboard.
