Up for sale, a 1994 Fender '57 Stratocaster 40th Anniversary model ST57-65AS in near-mint condition and in perfect working order. A model commemorating 40 years of the Stratocaster model, this guitar features an alder body and a one-piece maple neck with a "Foto Flame" veneer, loaded with an upgraded trio of Gotoh ST-Classic black bobbin single coils.

Featuring all the hallmarks of vintage Stratocaster pickup construction, the ST-Classic pickups have beveled, staggered Alnico V pole pieces, black fiber bobbins and push-back cloth-covered leads, lightly wax-potted for optimal feedback rejection with higher gain. The bridge pickup is gutsy and spanky, the neck is smooth and broad, the “in-between” positions on the five-way pickup selector deliver hollow quack. Weighing 8lbs 3oz, this ST57-65AS has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
