Up for sale, a 1984 Greco Mint Collection John Sykes model in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. A staple in the ‘80s riff realm, Sykes is most notably known as a guitarist for both Thin Lizzy and Whitesnake. Crafted at the Fujigen factory in the first year of this model’s production, this rare custom color Mint Collection Greco features John’s signature aesthetic with mirrored plastics, loaded with a pair of “Screamin’” humbuckers.

Weighing 10lbs 2oz, tonewoods include a carved maple top, mahogany body, mahogany neck, and bound rosewood fretboard. Wound in the PAF vein, the Fujigen-made "Screamin" humbuckers are detailed and rich, with plenty of definition and power from the bridge pickup and more warmth and fullness in the neck position. This John Sykes model has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
