Dealer-sourced and never privately owned, this P Bass was produced in limited quantities for a Fender Dealer event, replicating the feel, appearance, and tone of a genuine vintage example with a handwound split-coil pickup and an Aged Sherwood Green Metallic nitro lacquer finish with Fender’s Heavy Relic treatment.

This Custom Shop Precision Bass features a two-piece alder body paired with a quartersawn maple neck and a slab AAA rosewood fingerboard, and this bass has a round and resonant acoustic response with plenty of woody midrange. The handwound split-coil pickup offers a strong fundamental punch, with an expansive resonance and potent low end thump.
