1992 Greco RT-100 Rick Turner Vintage Guitar, 1 of 60 w/ Dry Pickups, Japan Fujigen

Up for sale, a 1992 Greco RT-100 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. While sparingly little is known about this exceedingly rare model, it was purportedly designed in collaboration between Greco and master luthier Rick Turner in a very limited run of just 60 instruments. Notorious for his expertly crafted instruments and stints with Alembic and Gibson, this RT-100 features Turner’s iconic thinline body shape and a pair of passive “Dry” humbuckers.

Weighing only 7lbs 1oz, tonewoods include a mahogany body and a mahogany neck capped by an ebony fingerboard, yielding plenty of midrange warmth and sustain. Metering at 7.3k ohms at both the neck and bridge positions, the “Dry” humbuckers are warm and smooth with plenty of top end cut. The bridge pickup is punchy and immediate, while the neck pickup is broad and thick. This RT-100 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
