Up for sale, 1985 Greco Mint Collection model EGC68-500 in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case and manual. Crafted at the venerable Fujigen factory, this âlawsuit eraâ Mint Collection Greco is a clear response to the â68 Les Paul Custom. While itâs worth noting that no legal action was taken against Greco specifically for these guitars, Gibson would go on to commission the same factory to produce their Japan-exclusive "Orville" line of instruments.
Tonewoods include a mahogany body with a carved maple top and a one-piece mahogany neck capped with a bound rosewood fretboard. This guitar has a long neck tenon and midrange-forward, resonant acoustic character.
