Produced under the umbrella of the Fernandes company in Japan, Burny has long been lauded for making some of the finest âlawsuitâ LP instruments, with great adherence to vintage Gibson spec and premium fit and finish work. Matching the specifications of Gibsonâs Joe Perry signature Black Burst, this Burny features black hardware, no binding, and a white pearloid pickguard and matching truss rod cover.
Traditional tonewoods include a mahogany body, lightly figured two-piece carved maple top, and a one-piece mahogany neck capped by a rosewood fretboard, yielding plenty of rich sustain and a lively, detailed overarching quality thatâs faithfully captured by the stock pair of VH-1 humbuckers.
