1987 Greco JS60 John Sykes Black Beauty Vintage Guitar, Japan Fujigen

Up for sale, a 1987 Greco John Sykes model JS60 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. A staple in the ‘80s riff realm, Sykes is most notably known as a guitarist for both Thin Lizzy and Whitesnake. Crafted at the Fujigen factory, this Greco features John’s signature aesthetic with a gloss Ebony finish and mirrored plastics, loaded with a pair of Greco’s “Screamin’” humbuckers.

Weighing 9lbs 13oz, tonewoods include a carved maple top, mahogany body, mahogany neck, and bound rosewood fretboard. Wound in the PAF vein, the Fujigen-made "Screamin" humbuckers are detailed and rich, with plenty of definition and power from the bridge pickup and more warmth and fullness in the neck position. This JS60 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
