Made in the USA at Guild's Westerly, Rhode Island factory, tonewoods include a Sitka spruce top, bookmatched Indian rosewood back and sides, and a mahogany neck capped by a slab ebony fretboard. Tonally, this Guild offers tons of projection and power with a woody, percussive cut. The bass register is rich and resonant, with exquisite clarity and a high volume ceiling, while the trebles have a present, round quality with a sparkling snap. Thereās some vertical lacquer checking on top and some minor dings and scuffs consistent with use. The nitro gloss on the neck profile is smooth and clean.
The original hardshell case is included, and 3 of the 4 latches are functional.
