  Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping materials, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable, insured carrier to our workshop, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition matches its original sale state, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
