The SL-J2 features maple neck through construction with alder body wings and a striped ebony fingerboard, offering great sustain and treble snap. The Seymour Duncan TB-5 Custom 5 Trembucker in the bridge position provides an unmistakable upper midrange attack, with a punchy, articulate low end, and harmonically rich highs that really sing. The SH-1 PAF neck pickup was designed in the spirit of the original PAF, with sweet sustain, tight lows, and just enough midrange to deliver full-sounding chords while retaining clarity. This Soloist SL-J2 weighs 7lbs 14oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mikeās Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.
